Once you have used your username and password to get to your account home page you will see a section called “View Orders” please click on this and you will be presented with a list of your orders. Once I am logged into my account online how and where do I make a payment?

Who carries out a Gas Safety Inspection?
Landlords Gas Safety Certificates must be carried out by an engineer that is registered with the Gas Safe Register. The Engineer must be qualified to work on specific gas appliances and gas heating systems.
How do I know if my Gas Engineer is Gas Safe Registered?
All of our Gas Engineers are Gas Safety Registered and carry ID cards as proof of registration. They also carry our company ID cards.
What Documentation do I need in respect of Gas Safety?
When our Gas engineer visits your property, they will carry out a Gas Safety Inspection and later produce a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate or Gas Safety Record using a PDA. The Gas Safe engineer will produce a standard Gas Safety Certificate which can be identifiable with a Gas Safe Register logo. The Gas Safety Record will also have our Engineers Gas Safe Identification number on it. The Gas Safety Certificate will also contain information such as: Property Address; The Gas Appliances in the Property and where they are located; The Date of the Inspection; Any Defects to the Gas Supply and any necessary remedial action.
What happens if the Gas Installation is unsafe?
If the Engineer considers that the Gas Installation or Gas Appliances are unsafe, he/she may choose to leave a warning notice for the landlord or in some cases, may disconnect the appliance. In this instance, you must seek to rectify any mandatory maintenance or repair on the appliances or installation. Our engineers can carry out the repairs if you require.
Must I arrange a further Gas Safety Certificate after the repair recommendations are carried out?
If work is needed on a Gas Appliance or to the gas installation, this will be noted on the Gas Safety Certificate. Once the work has been carried out, the paid invoices from the Engineer can be attached to the safety certificate to prove that the work has been carried out. This will prevent you from having to have a new Gas Safety Certificate.
When do I renew my Gas Safety Certificate?
Gas inspections must be carried out annually by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. A copy of the new Gas Safety Certificate must be given to the tenants within 28 days of the Gas Inspection. Once you are a customer we will notify you 28 days before a new certificate is needed every year and arrange a convenient time for the certificate to be carried out.
How do I receive my Gas Safety Certificate?
Our Engineers carry out the Gas safety certificate on PDA Devices and the certificates are electronic PDF documents that are available within 12 hours of the inspection being carried out. When the certificate is ready you will receive an email letting you know your document is in your online account ready to download.

When should I order an Energy Performance Certificate?
An Energy Performance Certificate should be ordered if you are renting or selling a property. It is a mandatory requirement under EU and UK law to have an EPC in place before a property can be marketed for sale or rental.
Who carries out an energy performance certificate?
Only a Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with a national diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment are permitted to produce an EPC using Government accredited software.
How do I know if my energy assessor is registered?
All Energy Assessors should carry relevant I.D and should be able to give you there Accreditation number at any point. If you have any reservations about an energy assessor we suggest you ask for identification and call the company he/she works for or call the Accrediting body directly.

When you’ve had your EPC carried out you will receive an 8 page electronic document outlining how energy efficient thee home is and recommendations on how to improve efficiency.
Is the Energy Performance Certificate pass or fail?
The energy Performance certificate is NOT a pass or fail certificate. The certificate is designed to outline how efficient a property is not to determine whether it’s a pass or fail.
How long will my Energy Performance Certificate last for?
An Energy Performance Certificate will last for 10 Years.
If I buy an energy performance certificate for rental purposes do I have to have a new certificate every tenancy?
The short answer is No. The certificate lasts for ten years and can be used for all tenants within this time period.
Is there a difference between a commercial Energy Performance Certificate and Domestic Energy Performance Certificate?
The big difference between a commercial and domestic energy performance certificate is that a different type of engineer has to carry the service out using different software. A domestic Energy Performance Certificate is the easier of the two to conduct and as a result is usually vastly cheaper in price. When should I order an Electrical Periodic Inspection Report?
Periodic Inspections are usually purchased when a Landlord is renting out there property or when a prospective purchase is buying a property and wants to determine the condition of the wiring within a property.
Who carries out the Electrical Periodic Inspection?
The Periodic Electrical Inspection is carried out by a qualified electrical Engineer who is registered with a recognised Electrical Governing body. All of our engineers are qualified with the UK’s most respected governing body NICEIC.
How do I know if my Electrician assessor is registered?
All registered engineers will have to be registered with a UK Governing body and will have a unique ID Number and identification. This can be cross check by calling the Governing body e.g. NICEIC and confirming that he is registered to provide the service.
What documentation will I receive when having an Electrical Periodic Inspection Report?
When having an electrical periodic inspection you will get an 8 page document outlining what has been tested, the condition of the properties wiring and recommendation (if there are any) that need to be carried out to bring the property up to British standards.
What if my Periodic Electrical Inspection report fails?
If your report has failed you will be issued with the reasons of failure on the report. The report will outline the problems and will give the problems codes (1 being urgent attention through to 4 being a minor fault that doesn’t need urgent action)
Do you carry out remedial works if the Electrical Periodic Inspection Report Fails?
All our electrical engineers are qualified to carry out electrical remedial works if a report is found to be unsatisfactory.
If the Electrical Periodic Inspection Report fails do I have to use one of your contractors to complete the works that are required?
If your certificate fails you are free to use any registered contractor to get the works rectified. We offer our services with no ties..
If I use your engineers to carry out the remedial works do I have to pay extra to have a new certificate produced?
If one of our qualified electricians carries out your remedial works and we had issued your original certificate we would provide you with a new certificate at no extra charge.

The reports Validity depends on the condition of the wiring in the property e.g. if the wiring is really bad the certificate may only be valid for two years, If the wiring is in good condition it will be valid for five years.
When should I order a PAT TEST?
A Pat Test should be ordered if you are renting you property to a tenant and you are thinking of leaving electrical appliances.
What does a PAT Test Check?
The PAT Test will check all portable electrical equipment that you are leaving in the property e.g. anything with a plug on. This includes items such as a Kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, Tumble dryer, television etc.
What do I receive when I have had a PAT Test Done?
When a PAT Test is being carried out the engineer will leave stickers on every electrical appliance confirming that it has been tested and is safe to use, they will usually put the stickers behind or at the bottom of the item. You will also receive a 1 page document outlining what has been tested and confirming that the items on the document have been deemed safe to use.
What if I have more than 10 items in my property?
If you require more than 10 items to be tested it’s no problem. After the 10 have been tested we will charge 1.50 per additional item.
How do I receive my Pat Test Certificate?
The PAT Test Certificate is produced using a PDA and will be sent to you via email and stored on your online account. .

My Boiler Has broken down, are your engineers qualified to fix it?
All engineers that are employed by us are fully qualified Gas Heating Engineers registered with Gas Safe (Registration number: 518686.). They can carry out repairs on all types of domestic boilers in the London Area.
How do you charge for your repairs?
We charge our first hour with no call out charge e.g. you only pay the first hour and then onwards we charge in 30 minute intervals. This ensures that customers are treated fairly and only pay for the time that they need.
Do your engineers carry I.D?
All of our engineers that carry out boiler repairs carry with them I.D and are Gas Safe Registered.
What areas do you cover for boiler repairs?
We cover the majority of greater London and all of inner London. Please call our sales team if you’re unsure if we cover your area.
Will you charge me to collect parts if there needed?
If we have to return to your property due to the fact that a part is needed we will not charge for collection of the part. We will only charge for the time we spend in the property fixing the problem! .
Are there any hidden extras with the service?
There are no hidden extras at all. What we quote is what you pay. If you are in the congestion zone an £8 charge may apply.

How often should my boiler be serviced?
It is recommended by all boiler manufacturers that you boiler be serviced at least once every 12 months.
What does the boiler service include?
A boiler service with London Property Inspections will include the following:
  • Full system soundness test to confirm no gas leaks in the property.
  • Appliance check for Gas soundness
  • Standing and working pressure test.
  • Burner Pressure/gas rate checked against manufacturer’s data plate/manual Ventilation check
  • Flue flow test to ensure the removal of products of combustion.

    The short answer is no. If your boiler has a fundamental problem you need to have boiler repairs and a full diagnosis carried out which one of our qualified engineers can do.
