EICR Electrical Certificate £79

Cost is (Studio Flat - £79) (1 bedroom - £89) (2 bedrooms - £99) (3 bedrooms - £109) (4 bedrooms - £119) (5 bedrooms - £129)
Gas Safety Certificate £59

Cost is £59 and we cover up to 2 gas appliances. We charge £10 extra per gas appliance.
Energy Performance Certificate £69

Cost is £69 for (1 to 3 bedrooms property) and £79 for (4 to 5 bedrooms property)
Fire Risk Report £199

Cost is £199 for 1 to 5 bedrooms property.

Accreditations

All of our engineers are qualified, insured and registered with NICEIC, NAPIT, Part P, City & Guilds and Gas Safe Register.
