An electrical safety certificate ensures appliance is safe to use; the electrical installation must be completely safe. Unlike the Landlord Electrical Safety Certificate cost and Regulations, in London, there is requirement for the installation to undergo any safety test unless the property is an HMO, but there is a legal requirement for any property to be inspected by a person. Mandatory electrical safety controls for rental properties
Mandatory electrical safety Certification for all owners has been on the horizon for a long time.
